Minova CarboTech is a 100% shareholding of the English Minova Group. Being part of this group gives us the opportunity to use the synergies to solve your problems.
Within the Minova Group Minova CarboTech is mainly responsible for the business in Europe and CIS and represents the Competence Center Tunnelling.
Long lasting Experiences
The experiences of Minova CarboTech go back to the formation of the German Mining Association, a former research institute of the German Coal, in the fifties of the last century.
End of the fifties and beginning of the sixties first patents for Production and Application of Polyurethane and Silicate Resins were applied. In the beginning the resins were used in German coal mines and became essential for the support of coal mining.
1980 the Furka Tunnel in Switzerland was one of the first major project with the application of polyurethane resins in civil engineering. Further projects followed and after only a short period of time Minova CarboTech has earned a good reputation in this area too.
1985 the first applications in sewage repair were started, 1994 the first products in industrial adhesives followed. 2003 the insulation and rigid foams as last product range were taken over.
To this day Minova CarboTech has founded several subsidiaries inside and outside of Europe. During the last 40 years the company could earn a good reputation as manufacturer and distributor of resins, bolts, adhesives and accessories.
