The WIWA Gel Pump 14025 is a pneumatical driven 2 component high pressure pump that is applicated mainly in the restoration of buildings.
With its compact dimensions it is well suited for its application range. The pump can handle acrylic gels as well as PU resins. It is delivered by Minova CarboTech with suction pipes.
CT-GX 45 II
The CT-GX 45 II is a high-capacity pump for works in construction pits and tunnelling. The capacity of this pneumatically driven double plunger pump is suited for pumping the resins on long distances.
The valve technique of the pump is specially designed for the application of Minova CarboTech polyurethane and silicate resins. This guarantees an optimal and constant dosing in volume ratio 1:1.
A covering protects the pump from damage. The separation of drive and high pressure component prevents the contact between resin and air component. With a separate pressure controller the pump pressure can be regulated without problems and with the restrictor valve the delivery volume is infinitely variable.
The injection pump CT-EL 5 II is an electric-hydraulic driven plunger pump. It iswell suited for the work with the Minova CarboTech resins as there are all 1 and 2 component PU resins as well as the silicate resins and the methacrylic gels.
The plunger of stainless steel secures highest tool life. With a pressure controller the pump pressure can be regulated infinitely variable. Irrespective of the discharge flow the pump pressure can be regulated and is infinitely variable.
The pump is approved for works according to the German ZTV-ING. With of computer supported additional equipment (monitoring and display unit "Log”) to control the pump information about injection pressure, delivery rate and injection time are available as a protocol.
