New representative office in Kazakhstan

[15.05.2005] Starting 15th of Mai 2005 Minova CarboTech has opened a new representative office in Karagandy (Kazakhstan).

The office is located in the centre of the Kazak coal mining area and is managed by Mr. Nikolayev.

Mr. Nikolayev is mining engineer and was trained and prepared for his new job by the engineers and experts of Minova CarboTech.

Michael Reich, CEO of the Minova CarboTech Group, explains “The coal and ore mining in Kazakhstan offer varied applications for the products and services of Minova CarboTech. The foothold in this country will strengthen the position of the Minova Group in the CIS. It’s another important step to permanently expand the business activities in the CIS. We stick to one of our principles “Think global. act local”.

Until the end of the year the new representative office should become an independent subsidiary. Minova CarboTech is planning the development of a Lokset-SiS and PUR capsules production plant at this location.
